• We usually ship orders within 3–5 business days.
• Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

• Returns are only accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase and only if the product is damaged or defective. We cannot accept returns for all products in other cases.
• To process a return or replacement, you must record a clear unboxing video of the product upon delivery.
• If the product is found to be damaged or defective, we will rectify the issue within the following days.
• We will replace the product with a brand‑new one.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
